We're looking for a proactive, customer focused IT Support Administrator to join our friendly IT Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people and making technology work smoothly behind the scenes.
The IT Support Administrator provides first-line technical support and day-to-day IT administration for Posturite employees.
The role is responsible for progressing support requests through to resolution or effective escalation, administering users and devices, maintaining accurate records and helping to keep IT services secure, available and well documented.
- What you'll be doing
- Providing first line IT support to colleagues across the business, both in-person and remotely
- Managing and progressing support tickets through to resolution
- Supporting Microsoft 365, user accounts, permissions and access requests
- Administering joiners, movers and leavers processes
- Preparing and configuring laptops, mobile devices and IT equipment
- Supporting device management through Microsoft Intune
- Assisting with Dynamics 365, Business Central and other business applications
- Maintaining asset registers, licence records and IT documentation
- Helping to keep our systems secure and compliant
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and user experience
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role would be desirable
- Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Great communication skills and a genuine desire to help people xgikmsk
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience working with ticketing systems
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests
- A desire to bring ideas and challenge existing processes
It would be great if you also have experience with
- Microsoft Intune
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Share Point
- Dynamics 365 or Business Central
- ITIL or Microsoft certifications
