We’re growing our DSE (Display Screen Equipment) Assessor team and looking for someone who wants to help others feel better and work more comfortably.
What you’ll do:
- Help individuals improve their workstation setup by completing face to face or remote DSE Assessments, providing practical and effective ergonomic solutions.
- Deliver expert recommendations: Create clear and concise written reports outlining recommended ergonomic products and strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities: Use your keen eye to identify opportunities for Posturite's various divisions and collaborate with our sales teams.
- Support product installations: Assist with setting up and configuring ergonomic equipment, including chairs, desks, and other related products.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs): Consistently achieve agreed-upon goals for assessments, report turnaround times, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll thrive if you:
- Are naturally empathetic and a great communicator.
- Have an interest in the human body, ergonomics, or wellbeing.
- Come from a background in sports science, physiology, or similar (preferred but not essential!).
