Assessment Service Adviser (Appointments / Scheduling) in Waldron

This is a fast paced and varied role that sits at the centre of our assessment service delivery (Appointments scheduling), helping to coordinate activity between customers, Assessors and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. The role combines customer service, scheduling, administration and problem solving, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and delivering excellent service.

• Salary: £26,660 per annum
• Location: Berwick, East Sussex office with hybrid working available following completion of training.
• Hours: Full time, but we would also consider part time hours

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Successful candidates will be confident communicators, comfortable working with systems and processes, and able to build effective working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
