As an Assessor at Posturite, you'll play a key role in our Assessment Service team, providing expert workstation assessments to our clients. You'll work closely with individuals, many of whom experience pain or discomfort, to evaluate their workstation setup and recommend tailored solutions to improve their comfort and productivity. This is a field-based role with a mix of in-person and virtual assessments. Some days will involve traveling between client sites for face-to-face assessments, while others will be home-based, conducting virtual assessments. You'll also be responsible for setting up and configuring equipment, ensuring clients receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities- Carry out effective DSE Workstation Assessments in person and virtually
- Write detailed reports recommending solutions
- Maintain a strong relationship with all accounts and build rapport with relevant contacts
- Identify opportunities for all divisions of Posturite through fact finding within appointments and subsequently liaising with Key & Account Managers
- Participate in exhibitions/training
- Conduct chair set ups, desks, homeworker assessments, chair & desk repairs & assist with major installations as necessary
- Promote, where applicable, all new products and support methods of distribution to support revenue goals
- Attending client appointments on time
- Producing written reports to meet Posturite deadlines
- Achieve agreed KPIs
- Contribute actively to a successful and inspired Assessment Service team
- Respond positively and quickly to situations affecting achievement of deadlines
- Ensure that product knowledge is current and thorough
- Maintain an organized and time efficient work ethic
- Respond to workstation assessment requests and complete all subsequent documentation within SLA agreed timescales
- Maintain regular contact with customer service and regional sales teams
- Minimize travel and subsidiary costs
- Undertake all necessary preparation prior to meetings
