We are looking for an Accounts & Credit Control Administrator to help keep our day to day accounts processes running smoothly and deliver a responsive, professional service to customers and colleagues. This is a varied role where you will manage customer account information, support payment processing, upload invoices to customer portals and help resolve queries accurately and efficiently. Working closely with our Credit Control Manager and wider team, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop your finance knowledge and make a visible contribution from day one.,
- Support banking input and payment processing, including providing cover during annual leave or sickness to ensure payments continue to be processed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the daily distribution and monitoring of emails received into the Credit Control mailbox, ensuring queries are allocated, prioritised and responded to promptly.
- Carry out general Credit Control administration, including sending copy invoices, statements and supporting documentation to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, including customer contact details, billing information and account records.
- Liaise with customers to update and verify bank details, ensuring information is accurate, appropriately checked and recorded in line with internal processes.
- Upload invoices to customer portals, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within required timescales.
- Monitor invoice portals for rejected invoices, investigate reasons for rejection and take appropriate action to resolve issues or take appropriate action to resolve issues or elevate where required.
- Support the wider Credit Control team with day-to-day administrative tasks, workload priorities and cover arrangements where required.
- Ensure financial and customer information is processed with a high level of accuracy,

- Respond to routine customer and internal queries, seeking guidance from the Credit Control Manager or wider team where further support is required.
