We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable and people-focused DSE Assessor to join our growing team. In this role, you will carry out Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments for clients, providing expert ergonomic advice and practical solutions to help individuals work safely and comfortably. You will work with a wide range of clients across sectors, assessing both office and home-working setups. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for improving workplace wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct DSE assessments both onsite and remotely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify ergonomic risks and make tailored recommendations to improve posture, comfort and workstation setup.
  • Prepare clear, accurate and timely assessment reports for clients.
  • Advise individuals on best practices for healthy working habits and injury prevention.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to recommend appropriate ergonomic equipment where required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ergonomic guidelines, DSE legislation and Posturite products.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience conducting DSE or ergonomic assessments (preferred).
  • A recognised DSE/ergonomics qualification, or willingness to undertake training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to explain ergonomic principles in a clear, friendly and approachable way.
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own diary.
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and workplace safety.
  • Live in or around the desired location and have a full, clean driving license and suitable car entirely at your disposal.

A significant part of this role involves travelling to appointments in and around Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, so it is essential that you are comfortable with and enjoy driving on a daily basis.
