Organisation: Chunc
As a Seating Specialist, you will represent Chunc across your region, working closely with clinical prescribers, therapists, and end users to deliver tailored seating and wheelchair solutions. You will provide expert product demonstrations, conduct seating assessments, and ensure every client receives a chair that truly meets their needs.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Delivering business growth in line with Chunc’s strategic objectives.
- Conducting comprehensive seating assessments in homes, schools, hospitals, and care facilities.
- Running training sessions and demonstrations for clinical professionals and prescribers.
- Prescribing and commissioning wheelchairs and postural support accessories to meet individual needs.
- Maintaining accurate records, quotations, and CRM updates.
- Developing lasting relationships and expanding the regional referral network.
- Collaborating with internal teams — marketing, sales, production, and engineering — to support continuous improvement and product innovation.
About You
We are looking for an individual who combines technical understanding with genuine empathy for clients and their families. You will bring:
- Experience in complex rehabilitation or specialist seating prescription (preferred), or strong motivation to develop in this field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clinicians and end users alike.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to high professional standards.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently within set timeframes.
- Competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- A Standard DBS check (and Barred List clearance if applicable).
