The Role:
- No two days the same! Your clinical knowledge will be key in shaping and supporting our range of seating and mobility products.
- Carrying out holistic assessments to ensure individuals receive the most appropriate and effective equipment for their needs.
- Working alongside our R&D team to support product development, including field trials and feedback reporting.
- Producing evidence-based case studies that highlight the clinical value and real-world benefits of our solutions.
We are a collaborative team, where you will be contributing your skills and insights to all areas of the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- You will be a qualified Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, ideally with experience in posture and mobility, wheelchair seating, or specialist education settings.
- Comfortable working independently, but also keen to contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- A thoughtful communicator who understands the importance of evidence-based practice and clear clinical reasoning.
- A keen interest in clinical research, the latest developments, and working to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
PLEASE NOTE: Although this role is advertised as Full Time and based at our Head Office, we are flexible to consider other options that suit your life/work balance, including Part Time options (pro rata salary.) We do operate nationally, but most of the work will be in the Kent, South East, and London area. Please feel free to state your working preferences in your application.
