About the Role
We are looking for a highly reliable and experienced Show Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale immersive exhibition in London (ExCel). This is a key position: you will act as our on-site lead and main point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the exhibition
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
- Recruit and onboard local staff
- Coordinate and manage hostess & steward agencies
- Supervise cash handling procedures and daily closing
- Coordinate suppliers and external partners
- Ensure high-quality standards and guest experience
