We are seeking an experienced Show Manager to oversee a large immersive exhibition in London. The role includes staff management, supplier coordination, and ensuring high-quality visitor experience. Italian fluency and experience in events or theme parks required.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and experienced Show Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale immersive exhibition in London (ExCel). This is a key position: you will act as our on-site lead and main point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the exhibition
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance
  • Recruit and onboard local staff
  • Coordinate and manage hostess & steward agencies
  • Supervise cash handling procedures and daily closing
