The Opportunity
We’re looking for an exceptional sales leader to build and scale Postman’s EMEA business. As our Head of Sales for EMEA , you’ll own our go-to-market strategy across the region, lead a growing team of AEs and SDRs, and be responsible for delivering significant enterprise revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer . You’ll be a key member of the global leadership team, helping shape the next chapter of Postman’s journey in one of our most strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA revenue number – drive the strategy, execution, and results for all sales activity across the region.
- Recruit, build, and develop a world-class sales team – grow our presence in-market, hire top talent, and foster a culture of high performance.
- Act as a player-coach – lead by example in the field, support complex deals, and mentor reps through every stage of the sales cycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Security to unlock enterprise opportunities and deliver customer value.
- Drive pipeline growth and forecast accuracy, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Clari to manage performance and inform decision-making.
- Champion a value-based sales approach – deeply understand customer needs, articulate ROI, and help technical buyers evaluate Postman within a broader platform vision.
- Lead strategic customer conversations and play a visible role in closing our most important deals in-region.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with developer tools or technical platforms.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams across EMEA.
- A proven operator who thrives in both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Deep understanding of EMEA business culture, procurement processes, and regional market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success closing complex enterprise deals and navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making.
- Technically fluent – you’re comfortable speaking with developers, product leaders, and security teams alike.
- Clear and confident communicator; skilled at async collaboration across distributed global teams.
- Hands-on, humble, and highly accountable – you roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
- Based in London (or open to relocating) with flexibility to travel across the region.
