This is a new, exciting position with a long-established security solutions provider in the UK. The role is to join as a Business Development Manager in the UK. This is a forward‐thinking company that provides cutting‐edge technology, video surveillance, access control and remote monitoring that helps ensure the safety of people and businesses globally.

Role

  • Develop new business across key verticals in the UK, hunt for and cultivate opportunities.
  • Solution‐selling B2B, offering security installation in the form of video surveillance, access control, intruder, cloud‐based security solutions and remote monitoring.
  • Autonomous in generating leads, managing appointments, and converting marketing strategies into sales.
  • Join a sales team of 8, meet and exceed targets.

Candidate

  • We are seeking candidates from directly within the electronic security sector who can hit the ground running.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Ideal candidate is ambitious, disciplined, well‐organised, focuses on details, and has the desire to close deals.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles through to fruition, winning business.
  • Demonstrable experience in high‐pressure sales environments, selling security systems into the commercial or public sector (Ireland).
  • Confident at all business levels, interfaces with various organisations across sectors.
  • Polished oral, written and presentation skills are essential.

Package

  • Basic salary £70,000 / £75,000 with realistic OTE £140,000+ and uncapped commission structure.
