Role: As Account Director, you will strategically manage key accounts and relationships with a select number of global brands, driving growth and retention. Your responsibilities include:
- Cultivating new business opportunities across the portfolio
- Bringing in new logos
- Fully understanding the vision and concept of each client
- Aligning customer concepts with innovative and sustainable promotional merchandise
- Sourcing and quoting products
- Delivering client‑facing presentations
- Negotiating contracts
- Ensuring projects are delivered to tight deadlines
Candidate Profile: We seek a professional with a minimum of 3 years in the Promotional Merchandise industry, ideally in an Account Director or Manager role. You should possess:
