The Role: You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. This includes booking, re-scheduling, and cancelling appointments on a booking system. We seek good communicators who thrive in a fast-paced environment, valuing efficiency and accuracy. A polite and professional telephone manner, along with empathy and understanding of callers' needs, is essential.
