About The Team:
The Partnerships team is a cornerstone of PostGrid\’s growth strategy. We are a dynamic, results-oriented group responsible for identifying, building, and scaling strategic alliances with technology partners, platforms, and ecosystems. We work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to embed our innovative API-first solutions into the technology stacks of our partners, creating new revenue streams and expanding our market reach. Our mission is to build a robust, interconnected ecosystem that makes it easier for enterprises to connect with their customers through offline communications.
What you\’ll do:
As a Technology Partnership Manager, you will be the driving force behind our technology partnerships, focused on the UK market. You\’ll cultivate and manage a portfolio of key relationships, leading initiatives that accelerate mutual growth. You will be responsible for defining and executing joint go-to-market strategies that leverage our combined strengths to deliver significant value to our customers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Partner Cultivation and Management: Source, evaluate, and onboard new technology partners (including CRMs, marketing automation, and data platforms) that are strategically aligned with PostGrid\’s mission.
- Strategic GTM Execution: Own the full partnership lifecycle, including negotiating agreements and developing joint go-to-market plans that drive co-selling, co-marketing, and revenue acceleration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between our partners and our internal Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless integration roadmaps and successful joint initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on key partnership metrics, including partner-sourced pipeline, product activations, and revenue KPIs, using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Enablement and Representation: Develop compelling enablement assets (e.g., battle cards, webinars) for our sales teams and represent PostGrid at key industry events and partner councils.
What Will You Bring To This Role:
You are a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the SaaS and API landscape. You are a strategic thinker who excels at building relationships and driving complex initiatives to completion. Your ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams will be critical to your success.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a tech-alliance, channel, or business development role within a B2B SaaS company in the UK.
- Solid understanding of API integrations and various SaaS commercial models.
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and managing diverse stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and partner-portal tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with major technology ecosystems like Salesforce AppExchange or AWS Marketplace.
- Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions and how partnerships can accelerate them.
- Certification in partnership frameworks, such as MEDDICC for Alliances.
