Are you an experienced Quality Engineer who wants to measurably improve software quality, reduce late‑stage defects and increase confidence in releases? In this role, you ensure teams deliver software backed by clear and measurable quality evidence while embedding consistent testing practices across the development lifecycle. You act as a trusted quality partner for engineers and product stakeholders, driving adoption of testing standards and raising the overall quality maturity of the team from day one. Every day, you’ll be doing your part for all the charities we support.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce late‑stage defects by strengthening testing across the full development lifecycle
  • Increase release confidence by defining quality standards supported by measurable evidence
  • Ensure agreed testing strategies are consistently adopted within the team
  • Embed automated quality checks into CI/CD delivery pipelines
  • Act as a trusted quality partner for engineers and product stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and implementing effective testing strategies across multiple test layers (unit, integration, contract, end‑to‑end)
  • Strong understanding of Agile SDLC and CI/CD environments, with hands‑on experience embedding quality into delivery pipelines
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset and ability to influence teams and promote shared ownership of quality
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language and confidence reviewing test code alongside engineers
  • Experience working with quality gates, automation frameworks and observability tools to provide meaningful release confidence
