We have been providing postal solutions to businesses in Northern Ireland since 1990. We have a fleet of over 20 vans collecting mail and making deliveries across NI each day and operate a mailing facility at our depot in Belfast. We employ over 70 staff and seek a daytime Manager to work with us at our depot in the Titanic Quarter.
You will need a driving licence and have a strong interest in Logistics/Fleet management and maintenance (tracking MOT, service schedules, and managing sudden repairs to avoid downtime), and have skills in Staff Management (Preparing rotas, managing absence, performance reviews, and training). There are also some responsibilities to help with managing warehousing and production staff.
Reporting to our Group Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that high standards are maintained across the fleet and production teams, helping to drive efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring our customers consistently receive a reliable service. You will be a key point of contact for fleet and production staff and must maintain a culture committed to safety and compliance.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Highly organised, reliable and professional

- HR experience (rotas, performance and absence management)
- 2 Years experience in fleet or logistics / operations or production environment
- Committed to compliance / health and safety standards including fleet maintenance
- Experience of reviewing and updating workplace risk assessments
- Confident using software systems and proficient in MS Office
- Committed to operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Driving Licence
Desirable Skills / Experience:
- Over 2 years experience in logistics / fleet and/or production management
- Experience using telematics / route optimisation platforms
- Experience writing standard operating procedures / training guides
- Deep understanding of compliance and safety standards for fleet / operations
- Experience using Excel and working with relational data
- Experience in stock control / Warehousing
- Experience in postal / dispatch / print / mailing / packaging industry
