Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Through Life Support (TLS) Manager to join a well‑established organisation delivering critical support solutions across complex engineering and operational environments. THE THROUGH LIFE SUPPORT (TLS) MANAGER ROLE: You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle support of systems and equipment, ensuring availability, reliability, and cost‑effectiveness. Working closely with engineering, logistics, and operational teams, you’ll drive performance improvements and ensure support strategies align with business and customer requirements. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across programmes.
- Experience in Through Life Support, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), or similar
- Strong background in engineering, defence, or technical operations
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management and supportability
