We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join our dedicated team at Thrive Fostering, where we put children and foster families at the heart of everything we do. You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable, and loving homes for children. What you will do:
- Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers.
- Ensure placements are safe, stable, and meet children's needs.
- Complete assessments and reports (including Form F assessments).
- Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings.
- Contribute to foster carer training and development.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in children's services, ideally fostering or LAC.
- Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
