You will support a small caseload of foster carers, helping them provide safe, stable, and loving homes for children. What you will do:

  • Offer regular supervision and support to foster carers.
  • Ensure placements are safe, stable, and meet children's needs.
  • Complete assessments and reports (including Form F assessments).
  • Liaise with local authorities and attend reviews and planning meetings.
  • Contribute to foster carer training and development.

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in children's services, ideally fostering or LAC.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and organisational skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
