As a Team Member, you'll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you'll be:
- Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
- Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
- Cooking with care and precision

Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses.
