Challenging Behaviour Supply Desk is recruiting experienced and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools and specialist provisions in Burnham and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals with proven experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an ASAP start opportunity for candidates confident in managing behaviour and supporting positive emotional development.
The Role
- Support pupils who present with challenging behaviours and require targeted emotional and behavioural support.
- Work one-to-one or in small groups, helping pupils engage with learning, regulate emotions, and develop positive coping strategies.
Support may include pupils with:
