We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer to play a key role in a major platform transformation across Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building scalable Salesforce solutions while enabling data-driven, compliant client engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using LWC, Flows, and integrations;
- Support client engagement through campaigns, audience segmentation, and lifecycle journeys;
- Contribute to the evolution toward Marketing Cloud Next / Advanced;
- Work with Data Cloud (Data 360) on ingestion, modelling, identity resolution, and activation;
- Build integrations across Salesforce and marketing platforms (REST/SOAP APIs);
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Support CI/CD processes (Copado), testing, and production troubleshooting;
- Ensure solutions meet data, consent, and regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Salesforce development experience (LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows);
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud or complex Salesforce data models;
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud (technical/data/integration focus);
- Working knowledge of Data Cloud concepts (segmentation, identity resolution, data modelling);
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems;
- Familiarity with Agile and CI/CD practices;
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (or working towards it);
- Nice to have: financial-services or regulated industry experience;
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud Next / Advanced;
- Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud certifications.
