Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage health and safety policies, safety training and document control systems.
  • Maintain, update and create standard operating procedures and assist with the implementation of continuous improvement safety projects.
  • Complete regular reviews of risk assessments for work equipment and operations.
  • Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated and improvement recommendations are made.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections, fire drills and fire alarm reporting.
  • Manage security alarms and fire alarms reporting, handle safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures, ensuring employees are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Order and monitor PPE stock.
