We are working through Reed to recruit a confident and nurturing Rising 3 Room Leader for a well-established school in Cyprus. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, ideal for someone with strong experience supporting children as they transition towards preschool.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Rising 3 room, ensuring high standards of care and education.
- Support children aged approximately 2.5-3 years as they develop independence and school readiness.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
- Create a structured, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Support and guide staff within the room, leading by example.
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements are met at all times.

Qualifications
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent).
