We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant based onsite at our offices in Rettendon, Essex.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates.
- Confidently liaising with candidates.
- Maintaining an accurate candidate pipeline.
- Developing a strong knowledge of the recruitment sector.
- Building and expanding a contacts base.
- Fulfilling client vacancies.
- Creating smooth and memorable relationships with candidates and clients.
- Negotiating salaries between parties.
- Preparing and presenting CVs to make them attractive to clients.
- Marketing CVs to potential clients.
- Preparing analysis on the number of vacancies in the sector from job boards and LinkedIn.
- Updating the database with new vacancies and posting them to the website.
- Converting referrals into sales opportunities.
- Chasing marketed CVs.
- Sending promotional emails or letters to potential clients.
- Using IT and AI systems to ensure efficient processes.
