An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working in Kings Lynn and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background and hold electrical qualifications such as an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance, and a 17th or 18th edition electrical licence.

Responsibilities

  • Support other technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
  • Complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Prioritise and complete minor maintenance and repair work within agreed timescales.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment needed for minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable.
  • Attend other sites within the cluster to carry out work when required.
  • Work with company and client colleagues to maintain high quality standards.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times and build good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific KPIs.
  • Monitor and update the Mercury system accurately, ensuring live job updates from you and your team at all times.

Qualifications

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in electrical installations or maintenance (or recognized apprenticeship equivalent).
  • 17th or 18th edition electrical licence.
  • Strong electrical background.
  • Ability to work as part of a team across multiple retail sites.
