We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide personalized care and support to service users, enabling them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. Your duties will be guided by a Care Plan tailored to each individual's needs while upholding their dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Supporting with bathing, showering, and toileting. Managing continence and pressure sore care (under nursing supervision). Helping service users get in and out of bed. Assisting with rehabilitation and the use of mobility aids. Providing day, evening, or overnight sitting services as needed.
- Healthcare: Assisting service users with taking prescribed medication.
- Dietary Support: Preparing meals and snacks based on individual preferences. Assisting with feeding when required.
- Household Assistance: Performing light cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming. Changing bed linen and assisting with laundry tasks. Managing waste disposal and household supplies. Shopping and budgeting assistance. Supporting with light gardening (as agreed upon in the Care Plan).
