Are you an experienced Product Marketing Manager looking to take ownership of go-to-market strategy, customer insight, and growth initiatives? As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development of positioning, messaging, pricing, and customer segmentation strategies. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, tech and customer success teams, you'll own the full product marketing cycle, leveraging insights to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage buyer personas using customer, web, and market data.
  • Perform customer segmentation and analyse usage trends to inform marketing strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis to define positioning.
  • Build and deliver lead generation campaigns, tracking performance metrics and ROI.
  • Design and implement strategies for customer retention and lifetime value optimisation.
  • Guide customers through transitions from PAYG to subscription models.
  • Optimise the customer journey in collaboration with UX and digital teams.
  • Support go-to-market strategies with pricing experiments and data-led decisions.
  • Measure product marketing effectiveness through key KPIs such as engagement, product adoption, and acquisition costs.

The Ideal Product Marketing Manager Will Have:

  • Proven experience in a Product Marketing Manager or similar role.
