We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Marketplace Executive to join their growing digital team, taking ownership of marketplace expansion and supplier performance. This is a pivotal role for someone ready to drive commercial growth through strong trading insight, digital optimisation, and effective supplier partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing: * Assisting in the development and deliver a comprehensive strategy to grow marketplace performance and exceed revenue targets. * Identify and onboard new product ranges using data, market trends, and competitor insights. * Build and manage relationships with marketplace vendors to enhance stock breadth, site speed to market, and overall trading performance. * Forecast demand and implement stock replenishment strategies to minimise stockouts and optimise inventory levels. * Analyse KPIs including traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition to identify continuous improvement opportunities. * Align marketplace strategy with wider digital and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging, range differentiation, and campaign execution. * Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, product, engineering, operations, and customer service to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience. What We’re Looking For: * 12 months experience in supplier or vendor management within a marketplace or eCommerce trading environment. * Confident negotiator and communicator, able to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners. * Commercially astute, able to act quickly on insights and adapt to market trends. * Strong knowledge of eCommerce principles including promotions, customer journey mapping, and trading calendars. * Familiar with CMS platforms or digital merchandising tools.
