A growing and ambitious organisation within the manufacturing sector is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to join its leadership support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the centre of operational decision-making.
The successful Executive Assistant will partner closely with a senior executive, supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic projects, and ensuring priorities across the business remain aligned. This Executive Assistant position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability, and a proactive mindset.
Working closely with multiple departments, the Executive Assistant will help drive operational efficiency while managing complex schedules, business reporting, and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support including diary management, inbox coordination, and scheduling meetings
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and operational updates for senior stakeholders
- Draft correspondence and manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and internal events
- Support strategic projects through planning, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project dashboards
- Produce operational reports and KPI tracking using advanced Excel tools
- Assist with operational tasks including supplier coordination, budget monitoring, and process improvement initiatives
- Support preparation of materials for board and leadership meetings
- Manage customer service escalations requiring executive attention and coordinate internal resolution
- Liaise with department heads across sales, operations, finance, and HR to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives
- Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant, Executive PA, or senior PA supporting C-level leadership
- Minimum five years’ experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced business environment
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments would be advantageous
- Salary £38,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme following successful completion of probation
