Key Account Manager – Field-Based (South West England) POST– Recruitment is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join an incredibly successful market leader in their fastest-growing division. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage a high-performing patch within a thriving sector. The role is remote and field-based, so candidates should ideally be located within the BA, BH, DT, EX, PL, SO, SP, TA, TQ, or TR postcode areas. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate value and ROI to customers. * Keep clients informed about new products and services while ensuring clarity on pricing structures. * Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs. * Utilise a consultative sales process, engaging with customers, understanding requirements, analysing data, providing insights, and closing deals. * Offer product support and training to customers. * Identify upsell opportunities to add further value to clients. * Stay up to date with market trends to support customers in navigating challenges and opportunities. * Maintain an accurate CRM database of customer interactions. * Work closely with the Area Sales Manager, internal Account Managers, and Head Office support teams. What We’re Looking For: * A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role. * Proven experience selling a service-based solution rather than a tangible product. * Ability to manage and analyse complex data to drive sales insights. * Strong territory planning skills. * Demonstrated success in overcoming price objections (ideally from a non-negotiable pricing industry). * B2B sales experience is essential. * Experience using a structured sales methodology such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP. What’s on Offer: * £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary (depending on experience). * Fully expensed company car (not a car allowance). * Uncapped OTE of £15,000 per year, paid monthly and guaranteed for the first four months. * 27 days holiday + bank holidays. * Private healthcare for you and your dependents. * Excellent professional development and career progression opportunities.
