A growing refurbishment contractor is looking to appoint a Commercial Lead to take ownership of the commercial performance across multiple live projects. This Commercial Lead role offers direct exposure to the Managing Director and full responsibility for cost control, contract administration and margin protection. This is a hands-on Commercial Lead position, combining strategic oversight with practical Quantity Surveying duties across school and office refurbishments.
