We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Manager to take ownership of managing and growing multiple online marketplace channels, including Amazon, eBay, OnBuy and emerging platforms such as Temu. This is an exciting opportunity to lead marketplace strategy, drive international expansion, and maximise sales performance. As eCommerce Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for delivering growth across Amazon 3P (UK and International) and other marketplace platforms. Working closely with senior leadership, you will optimise product listings, develop promotional campaigns, and ensure each channel delivers strong return on investment. Key Responsibilities * Manage and implement marketplace strategies across Amazon 3P, eBay, OnBuy, Temu and other channels. * Oversee Seller Central and other marketplace platforms to ensure high performance and compliance. * Optimise product listings for increased visibility, rankings, and conversions. * Conduct keyword and category research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting. * Monitor performance metrics, identifying actionable insights to improve profitability. * Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver aligned promotional campaigns. * Liaise with product and operations teams to ensure stock availability, quality, and compliance. * Work with agencies to manage Amazon Ads and other paid marketplace campaigns effectively. Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience managing Amazon 3P marketplace accounts. * Experience with other eCommerce platforms such as eBay, OnBuy and Temu. * Knowledge of international marketplace expansion is advantageous. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy. * Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and campaign ROI management. * Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficient in analytics tools, content management systems, and eCommerce platforms.
