We are recruiting a Marketing and Events Executive for a growing UK-based business entering an exciting phase of expansion. This role offers hands-on exposure across marketing campaigns, events coordination and sales support, making it ideal for someone looking to step up and gain real autonomy.
As a Marketing and Events Executive, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across social media, events, email campaigns and digital content, working closely with sales and marketing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Social Media & Content
- Act as the main contact for sales teams to gather updates, images and content ideas
- Review and refine content to ensure consistent tone and brand alignment
- Maintain and manage a content calendar
- Coordinate scheduling and publishing of social media posts
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Create flyers, adverts, banners and promotional materials
- Liaise with design agencies and printers
- Monitor and reorder marketing collateral, brochures and merchandise
- Support photography and content capture at events and demonstrations
- Events Coordination
- Support delivery of trade shows, CPD sessions, webinars and product demos
- Assist with venue booking, catering and event logistics
- Manage invitations, attendee lists and RSVPs
- Prepare presentation materials, signage and delegate packs
- Support virtual events and webinar platforms
- Sales & Internal Liaison
- Act as the key marketing contact for the sales team
- Coordinate distribution of sales collateral and branded materials
- Ensure sales teams have up-to-date assets for meetings and events
- Support local activity including open days, practice visits and CPD events
- Communications & Administration
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and segmented mailing lists
- Ensure GDPR compliance across communications

Person Specification
To succeed as a Marketing and Events Executive, you will ideally have:
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or events role
- A degree in marketing, communications, business or similar
- Experience with social media platforms and content coordination
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and written communication
- A proactive, reliable and positive approach
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend occasional events
