Business Development Executive – Leeds City Centre/Hybrid Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Join Our Client’s Team as a Business Development Executive POST– Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a cutting-edge online company looking to add a Business Development Executive to their growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about inbound sales, client management, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries via phone and email. * Respond quickly and effectively to sales opportunities, ensuring high customer satisfaction. * Identify immediate and future revenue potential in the early sales cycle. * Manage a triage system to direct customers to the correct consultant or support lead. * Engage digitally with customers to ensure products and services meet their evolving needs. * Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients. * Upsell additional training, learning, and development services to increase investment. * Utilise CRM data to create targeted growth lists and re-engage with lapsed customers. * Ensure seamless customer onboarding and communicate key implementation requirements. * Provide recommendations for process improvements in both sales and support workflows. Experience & Skills Required: * Proven success in a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Client Development role. * Strong questioning and negotiation skills to understand customer needs. * Ability to handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers. * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Resilient, self-motivated, and commercially aware – able to identify revenue opportunities. * Organised, with a proactive approach to client engagement. * Experience working within ISO frameworks and adhering to company policies.
