About the Role:

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the agency’s growth.   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through email outreach, cold and warm calling, social media, events, and networking.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and close high-value deals.
  • Create compelling proposals, deliver persuasive pitches, and negotiate terms to win client trust and business.
  • Account Growth: Spot opportunities to upsell services and increase client value through strategic guidance and consultative selling.

  • CRM Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.

Demonstrable success in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition—ideally within a digital agency or marketing consultancy. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, Web Design, and Creative Services will set you apart. Highly driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Organised & methodical: Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with experience in using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline. Confident and personable, with a consultative sales approach and genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
