Key Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager
- Territory Management: Maximise opportunities across your region, ensuring ROI through regular client reviews.
- Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling within an existing client base.
- Consultative Sales: Build trusted relationships by uncovering client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Product Expertise: Provide training and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their services.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor.
- CRM Usage: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Area Sales Director, internal teams, and head office to deliver client success.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years' experience as a field-based Account Manager or similar B2B role.
- Ideally your sales cycle will be fast paced as our client sells in every meeting, with the opportunity to close business on the day.
- Demonstrable success in selling services, handling complex client data, and presenting ROI.
- Skilled in overcoming pricing objections, ideally in a non-negotiable pricing environment.
- Familiar with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
What's On Offer
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
