Are you an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic C-suite team in a high-growth business that's scaling rapidly and making a real difference. We’re currently recruiting for a talented Executive Assistant to primarily support the CEO, while also offering ad hoc support to the CFO and COO. This is a newly created Executive Assistant role with exceptional scope for growth. As the company expands, so will the role - making it perfect for an ambitious, proactive EA eager to grow with the business.
Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- Provide dedicated executive support to the CEO, including diary management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination and inbox management
- Support the CFO and COO as required, ensuring the wider leadership team operates efficiently
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from senior meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
- Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with accuracy and care
- Assist with internal comms, event coordination, and project support as needed
About you:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working with discretion and managing sensitive information
- A background in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment would be beneficial
- A proactive mindset and appetite to grow within a scaling business
