POST Recruitment is currently searching for a high-performing Key Account Manager to join a market-leading organisation in one of its fastest-growing divisions. This field-based Key Account Manager position covers a high-value territory across Glasgow and nearby postcodes.

Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:- Territory Management: Maximise revenue across your Glasgow territory through regular client meetings and ROI-focused activity.
- Account Development: Achieve sales KPIs through upselling and cross-selling into an existing account base.
- Consultative Selling: Build trusted relationships, uncover business needs, and offer tailored service solutions.
- Client Enablement: Deliver product training and proactive support to help clients get the best value from their services.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic sales plans.

- Strong objection-handling skills, ideally within a non-discounting pricing structure.
- Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, SNAP, or other structured sales methodologies.
- Excellent commercial acumen and territory planning capability.
- Basic Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
- Bonus: £15,000 uncapped OTE (guaranteed for your first 4 months)
