Key Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:

  • Ability to sell service-based solutions and present compelling ROI outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong objection-handling skills, ideally within a non-discounting pricing structure.
  • Familiarity with Challenger, SPIN, SNAP, or other structured sales methodologies.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and territory planning capability.
