Instructional Designer – Leeds | Up to £40,000 | Hybrid (1 Day in Office)

Are you a talented Instructional Designer passionate about creating impactful digital learning experiences? We’re seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join a leading UK-based eLearning provider. This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, offering up to £40,000.

As an Instructional Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality eLearning content. Working across a broad portfolio – including compliance training and custom digital solutions – you’ll ensure all content is pedagogically sound, accessible, and engaging for learners across diverse sectors. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia teams to turn complex topics into effective, interactive digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design learner-centred digital learning modules using proven instructional design principles.

  • Translate complex subject matter into accessible, engaging eLearning content.

  • Define clear learning outcomes aligned with compliance or client goals.
