This field-based role covers a high-performing territory within one of the company’s fastest growing divisions. Key Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager: Territory Management: Maximise opportunities across your region, ensuring ROI through regular client reviews. Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling within an existing client base. Consultative Sales: Provide training and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their services. CRM Usage: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM. Partner with the Area Sales Director, internal teams, and head office to deliver client success. At least 3 years’ experience as a field-based Account Manager or similar B2B role. Ideally your sales cycle will be fast paced as our client sells in every meeting, with the opportunity to close business on the day. Demonstrable success in selling services, handling complex client data, and presenting ROI. Familiar with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. Bonus: Uncapped £15,000 OTE (realistic and guaranteed for the first 4 months).
