The Post Office is seeking a Speak Up Support Specialist to assist the Speak Up Manager with day-to-day delivery and operation of the Speak Up service, ensuring concerns are received, triaged, managed and reported on a confidential, fair and consistent basis.

The role requires integrity and professionalism when dealing with sensitive issues, including intake, coordination, and promoting awareness of the Speak Up function among Employees, Operators, Contractors and third parties.
