What to expect
The Programme Manager is a senior member of the Transformation team, role modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Programme Manager will deliver a variety of change projects and workstreams. Responsible for end-to-end programme initiation, delivery and benefits realisation. The role will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous
improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead. Delivering and driving decision-making and outcomes across the Business, our Customers and our Partners.
