What to expect
Our Postmaster Onboarding team play a vital role in ensuring our new Postmasters are given the best introduction to life at the Post Office during the Onboarding process.
You will manage the end to end process of their application including administration, supporting the financial assessment and production of agreements. You will organise suitability assessments including relevant documentation and ensure that service failures, non compliance or incidents are logged.
The Onboarding Support Advisors are crucial in establishing new partnerships as you take the new Postmaster through the complete application process. Stakeholder engagement and customer service are at the forefront of what we do and you will receive full training as well as GENUINE career progression within the team and wider business.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for Customer Service and a great telephone manner. In addition you will possess:
- IT literacy ideally with Microsoft packages
- Experience working within an Administration role
- Experience working to set deadlines
