As a Sales Assistant offering Post Office services, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, helpful environment for every customer who walks through our doors. Whether helping a customer find the perfect gift, replenishing stock, or assisting someone with sending a parcel or organising travel money, you’ll ensure customers can access the products and services they need quickly and easily. This is a varied role where you’ll support both retail operations and Post Office services, helping keep the store running smoothly and delivering an excellent experience for our customers.

- Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers

- Managing queues and supporting customers efficiently
