What to expect
As a Programme Manager you will operate as a senior member of our Transformation team, leading complex, cross‑functional change activity by delivering initiatives and overseeing programmes of work end to end. You will role model our behaviours every day, while keeping a Postmaster‑first mindset at the heart of every decision.
You’ll oversee end‑to‑end programme delivery across multiple initiatives, including the transition of our directly managed branches to our franchise and scaled partners, ensuring our partners have branches fit for purpose. Through inclusive leadership and a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll bring clarity, drive momentum, resolve risks early, and ensure feedback from Postmasters and customers shapes how we deliver.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience working within franchise or branch roll out programmes and have a background in complex, fast-paced agile organisations. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will:
- Have strong leadership and communication skills and experience in driving forward programme change
- Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity
- A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
- Ability to deal with financial complexity
- Experience in delivery of complex business focused change portfolio and programme management
- Cost efficiency and income generation programmes
- Be MSP qualified
