What to expect
As Head of People Operations, you will join us on our journey and undertake a truly influential role, responsible for leading and transforming our HR Operations Function, enhancing the employee experience and supporting the broader People Strategy. You will be responsible for delivering seamless, accurate, efficient and compliant Payroll, Administration, People Data & Insights, People Systems Management, and Contingent Workforce services.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR professional with proven experience leading a HR Shared Services function. You will have strong knowledge of HR governance, compliance and employment law. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will:
- Have demonstrable experience leading large teams.
- Have evidence of driving collaboration at a senior level to shape and deliver functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Be able to apply expert knowledge and an improvement mindset across all employee lifecycle activities from hire to retire.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with improving and managing HR technology and systems (with SAP SuccessFactors experience desirable).
- Strong commercial business acumen and ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Possess advanced influencing and communication skills; using a range of techniques to deliver messages effectively, make an impact and drive a successful outcome.
- Previous experience working in a unionised environment would be desirable.
