What to expect
As a Product Manager, you will join us on our journey and undertake an influential role within the Banking team, responsible for managing client service relationships with our banking partners at an operational level.
This is a key interface role that involves working with senior operations staff in a number of banks to ensure that banking services delivered daily over Post Office counters are run efficiently and securely and that any identified issues are rapidly assessed and dealt with using appropriate internal resources. Close collaboration with each bank will be essential to make sure that responses to any issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Furthermore, this role job will be responsible for ensuring that banking services are effectively managed by liaising with Banking Partners, Operational Suppliers and the Network to ensure the ongoing provision of our banking products and services in Post Office branches.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience within Product Management, Account Management or Partnership Management within a Corporate environment. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in relationship and stakeholder management within commercial roles.
- Experience working with external stakeholders and managing SLA performance and issue resolution.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong background in operational delivery.
- Skilled at influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of Banking Services, including products and processes would be of interest
