Operating under the wider Post Office umbrella, the Payzone channel supports thousands of independent retailers by providing payment terminals and services. These enable customers to pay utility bills, top up mobile phones, purchase transport tickets, and carry out other essential transactions conveniently within local stores.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will join us on our journey and undertake a high-impact, strategic role responsible for driving the delivery and ongoing evolution of our Payzone product portfolio. This is a highly competitive and dynamic market, with our retail network comprising approximately 13,000 outlets and representing a significant market share. To maintain and strengthen our position, continuous evolution, modernisation, and optimisation of our products are essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact, drive innovation, and contribute to shaping the future of our organisation and the communities we serve.

How our people behave is as important to Post Office as what is delivered. The Technical Product Owner will role model Post Office behaviours and demonstrate a Postmaster-first mindset.
