What to expect
The Technical Business Analyst is a key member of the Technical PCD Product Team, responsible for owning the requirements definition and management for strategic roadmaps and associated developments and driving and maturing internal analysis processes within the wider Technology Product function. The Technical Business Analyst will interpret stakeholder requirements, conduct thorough data analysis, and facilitate effective communication. Responsible for translating business needs into actionable plans, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic solutions aligning with organisational goals. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in their teams, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be versed in the below:
- Significant Business Analysis experience within large-scale, complex technical transformation programmes.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional business analysis activities from discovery through to implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership engagement.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working with proven ability to facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
- Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis and business process improvement.
- Experience working within Agile environments and delivering change initiatives.
- Strong data analysis capability with the ability to drive data-led decision making.
- Experience creating Epics, Features and User Stories for delivery teams.
- Proven experience working with APIs and systems integration initiatives from a Business Analyst perspective.
- Experience eliciting, documenting and validating API requirements, contracts and acceptance criteria.
